Hassocks Garden Centre 2025
By Steve Rowland
On the 30th of March, SEAMS gathered at Hassocks Garden Centre for what turned out to be a great turnout of engines. The weather was on our side, there was a slight breeze, but when the sun came out, it made things a little tricky, either blinding you or tempting you to nap (as seen in the picture).
There have been other rallies since, Richard Amos wanted to add an article but unfortunately, he has had a stay in hospital, but I am pleased to say he is on the mend, so there will be something from Richard next time. I know a few members have been suffering with health problems so our thoughts are with them all.
As much as I enjoy writing the newsletter, I have to remind myself that the cost of printing, envelopes, stamps and editing is heading towards £300. So, if anyone can provide an article or share an experience, I’d be happy to help enhance it for the newsletter.
