Ringmer Steam Show 30/31st July 2016

I have been going to this show for a good number of years. It’s not a really big show but has a good number of different classes. There was about 50 stationary engines, 10 full size steam engines, around a 100 or more classic cars and a good number of Commercials and  Motor Cycles.

The sales stalls seemed down in numbers this year, and there were arena events. There was a good group playing in the beer tent both nights. The showground is getting very bad in places with deep ruts and rumours  going around are that the field will be ploughed up over winter and the show will be somewhere else next year…. we will see
